  • The Heartwood - -Signature Package $5000 + 5.5% tax

    Our Heartwood Signature Celebration Package offers an exceptional all-inclusive experience. Begin with setup on Friday from 8AM to Noon, ensuring everything is prepared for your Saturday event, which runs from 8AM to 11PM. This package includes complimentary day-of coordination, full access to our decor inventory, and ceremony and reception chair set up. With this comprehensive package, enjoy a stress-free wedding day, beautifully tailored to your vision.

  • The Rustic Luxe All-Inclusive Bundle $6000 + 5.5% tax

    Designed for couples seeking a complete and elevated wedding experience, The Rustic Luxe includes the venue on Friday until 8PM, perfect for hosting your rehearsal dinner or early set up. Enjoy event day access from 8AM to 11 PM. Along with complimentary day-of coordination, this package features ceremony and reception chair set up/tear down, 4 hours of photo booth/kisok use, our entire decor inventory, and a convenient Sunday clean-up from 8 until 11 AM. With the Rustic Luxe bundle, experience the convenience of a worry-free celebration for the entire weekend!

  • Special Event and Gathering Rentals $125.00, hourly (4 hr min. Sat & Sun)

Touchless Photo Booth - $300

Capture unforgettable memories with our touchless photo booth!  Bring your own backdrop or let us create one for you. This interactive photo booth is always a hit, especially at our parties! Guests love the fun, hands-free experience, and it’s a perfect way to engage everyone while creating lasting keepsakes. The photo booth is simple to use and allows guests to share their photos instantly on social media adding an extra layer of excitement to the event.

Tables and Chairs - We provide 8ft Tables & chairs for your guests.  We can take care of set up and tear down for you for an additional $100 or you are free to set up and teardown the tables and chairs on your own. 

 Cleanup Services $300

While completely optional, we also offer cleanup services at an additional cost. Our team will handle the post-event cleaning allowing you and your guests to enjoy the celebration without the hassle of tidying up afterward.
